Beatrice Zdorovyak M.S., CCC-SLP
Owner (Miss Bee)
Beatrice is a bilingual speech-language pathologist with a passion for working with children of all abilities. Beatrice is known as “Miss Bee”, a well-rounded clinician who treats a variety of speech, language, feeding, and orofacial myofunctional disorders. Beatrice is in the process of receiving her credential to become a qualified orofacial myologist (QOM).
Beatrice has always valued meaningful communication. She listened and learned while shadowing professionals at a young age. After witnessing the transformative impact of intervention for children with special needs, she was inspired to pursue a career as a speech-language pathologist.
Beatrice earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Communicative Disorders from the University of Rhode Island in 2019 and Master of Science degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Yeshiva University in 2021.
While studying for her master’s full-time, Beatrice continued her education and became a Board Certified Autism Technician (BCAT) and was a level 2 behavior therapist.
Beatrice is licensed to practice in the states of New Jersey and Connecticut. Beatrice speaks English and Russian, and is dedicated to providing unique therapy services that value each family’s lifestyle. She is a lifelong learner, devoted to supporting her patients needs through her vast knowledge from experience and continuing education courses.
Beatrice founded One Speech Therapy LLC to provide strategies and empower families to assist their children in achieving their full potential across all domains.

Personalized Goals
Beatrice creates personalized goals for patients with expressive-receptive language disorders, pragmatic language disorders, articulation and phonological disorders, fluency disorders, feeding and swallowing disorders, oral motor disorders, motor speech disorders, and Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC), with both low and high-tech devices.
Tactile-Proprioceptive Teaching Approach
Beatrice uses a tactile-proprioceptive teaching approach to improve her patients’ speech clarity and oral skills required for feeding. She enjoys developing goals to create functional means of communication.
Applied Behavior Analysis
Beatrice incorporates her experience and knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in therapy to address and decrease challenging behaviors. Beatrice runs social groups for children, where she encourages interaction between peers and models language for pragmatic functions.
